The service

Video Sticker Maker provides browser-based tools to convert supported video and GIF files into animated WebP files. No account is required. Conversion uses static JavaScript and WebAssembly media-engine resources loaded by your browser; the selected media is processed locally in this flow.

Available formats and results depend on your browser, device, selected file, and available memory. The tool may not work on every device, and conversion time can vary. A successful download does not mean the file has been imported into a messaging app.

Your files and rights

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use the media you select. You retain your rights to your original files. You choose whether to download and how to use the converted file.

Third-party services

This tool is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. It does not automatically add stickers to WhatsApp. You are responsible for complying with the terms and requirements of any app or service where you choose to use a downloaded file.

The tool is provided as available and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without guarantees that every input, browser, or device will be supported or produce a particular result.
